The Department of Nursing Foundation, Narayan Nursing College, successfully observed World Blood Donor Day 2026 on 15th June 2026 with the inspiring theme, “One Drop of Humanity. Give Blood. Save Lives.”
The event was organized with the objective of raising awareness about the importance of voluntary blood donation and encouraging individuals to contribute towards saving lives. As part of the celebration, a Poster Presentation Competition and a Pamphlet Distribution Programme were conducted at the OPD of Narayan Medical College & Hospital. These activities actively engaged students and helped spread meaningful messages promoting humanity, compassion, and the life-saving impact of blood donation.
On behalf of the Department of Nursing Foundation, heartfelt gratitude is extended to Prof. Dr. K. Latha Ma’am, Dean-cum-Principal, for her constant encouragement and visionary guidance.
