NNC Students Excel at SNAI State-Level Competition 2025

Students of Narayan Nursing College, Gopal Narayan Singh University, Jamuhar (Sasaram, Rohtas), brought laurels to the institution by securing first positions in sports, cultural, and literary events at the SNAI State-Level Competition 2025, held on 5th September at Dengel Hall, College of Nursing, Kurji Holy Family Hospital, Patna.

Guided by the esteemed leadership of Prof. Dr. K. Latha (Dean-cum-Principal & SNAI President, NNC), Prof. Dr. Shaveta Sharma (Vice-Principal & SNAI Vice President, NNC), Mr. Sajjan Patel (SNAI Unit Advisor, NNC), and dedicated faculty members, the students excelled across categories.

Sports Highlights:

  • Athletics: Sonam Pandey (Discus Throw – Girls), Akash Kumar (Discus Throw – Boys), Kunal Kumar (Javelin Throw), Bablu Kumar (Shot Put), Ashish Kumar (High Jump), Manjeet Kumar (Long Jump).
  • Team Events: Boys’ Volleyball Team clinched the top spot; Mohit Singh (100m), Ashish Kumar (400m Relay), Ujala Babu, Nandlal Kumar, Aashish Kumar, and Mohit Singh also shone in track events.

Cultural & Literary Achievements:

  • Sangeeta Kumari (Mono Act), Surbhi Tatria (Essay Writing – English), Amish Patel (Rangoli), Rishabh Marks (Scientific Paper Presentation), and Ayush Raj (Personality Contest – Boys) secured first prizes.

The event was organized under the guidance of TNAI Bihar State Branch leaders including Sr. Usha Saldanha (President), Ms. Anisha Mercy Esow (Vice President), Mrs. S. Vatchala Dinakaran (Asst. Secretary General), Mr. Irshad Khan, and Ms. Sonam Dolma Lepcha (SNAI State Branch Advisor).
