Narayan Nursing College, a proud constituent of Gopal Narayan Singh University, witnessed a vibrant display of democratic values and leadership during the Student Nurses’ Association of India (SNAI) Elections 2025 (Unit Code: 1419). Held on 26th July 2025, the event was guided by the esteemed leadership of Dr. Prof. K. Latha, Dean cum Principal, and Dr. Prof. Shaveta Sharma, Vice Principal, along with Mr. Sajjan Patel, SNAI Advisor, and advisory committee members Ms. Anju Singh, Ms. Sanskrit Aastha, and Ms. Monika Philips.
A total of 39 enthusiastic student candidates from all batches of B.Sc. Nursing and GNM actively participated, campaigning for various key positions including President, Vice-President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, Cultural Secretary, and Sports Secretary. The elections fostered student engagement and leadership development as part of the institution’s commitment to holistic growth.
The election culminated with vote counting on 5th August 2025, where 18 students were officially elected to represent their peers and contribute to institutional progress. The event stands as a testament to the college’s dedication to nurturing future nursing leaders through democratic participation.
